Multistandard and multiband CB station, use in the UK and anywhere in Europe, AM / FM modulation

By setting the rule and modulation, you can use the station in the UK and most European Union countries.

PNI Escort HP 6500 is equipped with the main European bands ( EU, CE, UK, PL, I, I2, dE, In ) and with AM / FM operation.

Note: Before changing the modulation, check the selected rule. If the selected standard does not support AM modulation (such as CE, UK and dE 41CH-80CH rules), pressing the A / F key on the station will have no effect .

Double squelch, SQ and ASQ. RF Gain function

The HP 6500 PNI Escort is enhanced with a 9-level automatic Squelch and a 28-level manual Squelch . The RF Gain function (for radio amplification control at reception) is also configurable on 9 levels.

PNI VX6500, VOX compatible microphone and ANC filter

The VOX function allows the CB user to broadcast automatically without pressing the PTT (Push-to-Talk) key. The broadcast is activated when the sound (voice) exceeds a certain level.

To prevent accidental emission, the PNI VX6500 microphone has two VOX emission control functions:

- VOX sensitivity adjustment function . 4 levels of sensitivity are available. We recommend setting the microphone to sensitivity level 1 (least sensitive) to avoid inadvertently activating the broadcast for background sounds or secondary conversations.

- emission delay control function (VOX delay) . This feature sets the time between when you started talking and when the broadcast was activated. 4 levels are available. The shortest time is on level 1.
